Ambient Scientific Names Chris Allexandre to Its Board of Directors

Seasoned semiconductor executive joins the Board to set the direction to scale the Innovative Analog AI SoC

Ambient Scientific, Inc. has appointed Chris Allexandre to its Board of Directors, effective Sept. 10, 2020.

Mr. Allexandre serves as Senior Vice President at Renesas Electronics Corporation—a role he has held since March 2019, when Renesas acquired Integrated Devices Technologies (IDT). Before joining Renesas, Mr. Allexandre was Senior Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at IDT and has held executive-level positions at NXP, Fairchild Semiconductors, and Texas instruments.

A business veteran with more than 20 years in the semiconductor industry, his experience covers analog and mixed-signal products in the mobile, industrial, telecom, cloud, consumer, and automotive markets. He has led global organizations and worked in the United States, France, Germany, and China. Mr. Allexandre holds an MSc. In electrical engineering from the Institut Supérieur de l'Électronique et du Numérique (ISEN)
