Veteran-owned restaurant Harry's Scratch Kitchen announced today that it plans to serve first responders, and their families, a complimentary meal as a special token of gratitude. Beginning Friday, September 18, until Friday, October 2, Harry's will welcome first responders from neighboring police and fire departments, EMT workers, emergency call center operators, and beyond to enjoy a fresh, farm-to-table meal that features local ingredients, at no cost.

Harry's continues to work in compliance with state policies regarding COVID-19 and social distancing. To provide a safe experience for their guests, the scratch kitchen has allowed reservations to be carefully segmented out to prevent overcrowding and to allow 6 feet of distance between each table. Front-line workers will receive their reservation tickets from their department leaders and are encouraged to bring their family members to the scratch kitchen during their allotted time. The special event has also been extended to span over a two-week period to ensure Harry's serves as many first responders as possible.
