Asia markets set for a mixed open as NAFTA talks remain in focus

Canada's Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland headed to Washington on Tuesday to resume negotiations on the future of NAFTA following the reaching of a trade deal between the U.S. and Mexico on Monday.
