Citi Appointed Depositary for ISAGEN’s Level 1 Sponsored ADR Program

Citi today announced that its Global Transaction Services business, acting through Citibank, N.A., has been appointed by ISAGEN S.A. E.S.P. (“ISAGEN”), a Colombia-based mixed public utility corporation, as depositary for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt program. ISAGEN’s shares will trade on the OTC market under the symbol ISAGY. Each ISAGEN American depositary share represents 10 ordinary shares.

Juan Fernando Vásquez Velásquez, Chief Financial Officer of ISAGEN, said, “We are excited to launch our sponsored ADR program.
