Citigroup Announces Resignation of Jerry A. Grundhofer

Citigroup today announced that Jerry A. Grundhofer has resigned from the Board of Directors of Citigroup and from the Board of Directors of Citibank, N.A.

Richard D. Parsons, Chairman of Citi’s Board of Directors said, "Jerry's deep understanding of financial services and steady guidance was of great value to the board during a critical period for Citi. We understand his desire to now dedicate more of his time to other interests and we are grateful for his service."

Jerry A. Grundhofer said, "I have been privileged to serve the shareholders of Citigroup while working with an outstanding board and management team. I take great satisfaction in the progress we made over the past few years and feel that Citigroup is in very good hands."
