Alden Investment Group Appoints Phinon Woodside as Chief Experience Officer – Integral Next Step in Firm’s Vision to Elevate Client and Advisor Experience
Wayne, PA—Alden Investment Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Phinon H. Woodside as its Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
This role reflects Alden’s mission to deliver an exceptional client and advisor experience through seamless operations and platform integration. Phinon joins Alden following an introduction from a trusted consulting partner, having previously collaborated with Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Aaron Williams at prior firms.
As CXO, Phinon will work closely with Aaron to drive Alden’s operational strategy and service enhancements, collaborating on strategic initiatives to align Alden’s high-touch, advisor-centric platform with the firm’s growth goals. Her role will encompass managing advisor transitions, driving enhanced new account opening and servicing, and implementing scalable systems that elevate the advisor and client experience. Phinon’s leadership will drive Alden’s move to a higher-end, more robust internal operating system that provides advisors with greater transparency, faster turnaround times, and a more formalized structure.

To support Alden’s rapid growth, Phinon’s arrival coincides with the addition of new team members Leah Nester, Judith Spatacco, and Janet Bate. They will join Steffanie Mithoefer in delivering elevated support to Alden’s advisors. To focus fully on Alden, Phinon will wind down several projects that have been part of her successful consulting practice.
