New York, New York, United States - 10-19-2022 (PR Distribution™) -
Technology has improved our quality of life in many aspects. And Berges Institute is set to bring technology to the table when teaching Spanish.
The online Spanish language school headquartered in New York City has announced the launch of Deep Spanish, an AI chatbot platform that lets students practice their Spanish with a conversation partner, albeit a non-human one.
The launch is the first of its kind, and comes as Berges Institute continues to expand its reach in the US online language learning market.
Luis, Sara, and Peter, Deep Spanish's conversational chatbots, are powered by an autoregressive language model that uses deep learning to produce human-like interactions.
Berges Institute's founder Dan Berges said the chatbots will help students practice their vocabulary and tenses in a fun, engaging way.
"Luis, Sara, and Peter are always available to ask and answer questions. They understand context. They are impressively smart, and they can also be funny."
Deep Spanish is free to use for a limited quota, and offers a subscription plan for students who want to practice with the chatbots regularly.
"On our way to fluency, we should use all the tools at our disposal to get as much exposure to the language as possible. While they cannot replace a class led by a human teacher, AI chatbots are an additional tool in the arsenal that can complement it beautifully," Berges added.
