The lot represents a total value of €2,000,000 (excluding tax) over 4 years.

The Caisse Nationale des Notaires is an institution of the notarial profession, primarily in charge of social protection and supplementary pension schemes. It manages a portfolio of real estate assets where operational continuity and facility security are critical issues.
The lot awarded to LRND covers the maintenance, modernization, and securing of all electrical and security installations within these assets: general electricity, low voltage systems, fire safety systems (SSI), remote surveillance, and access control.
