Kenwood Management Company, a commercial real estate owner of warehouse, flex, medical, and office properties in the mid-Atlantic region, announced today that its year-end 2024 portfolio occupancy was 90%. Over the last 4 years, Kenwood’s portfolio occupancy has ranged from 88% to 92%.
Kenwood reported that its portfolio revenues for 2024 increased by 8% compared to the previous year, reflecting steady growth across its properties.
In 2024, Kenwood completed 12 new leases and 43 renewals and expansions. Among the tenants that entered into new leases from Kenwood included Parsons Services, City So Five Soccer, Medstar, and Kitchen Guard.
Tenants who renewed their leases in 2024 included Franklin & Prokopik, the State of Maryland, Prince George’s County, and Ellicott City Pediatrics.

He added, “In 2024 we saw significant revenue growth in our warehouse, flex, and medical properties. Overall, office properties are still lagging from their pre-COVID levels; however, our single-story office remains strong and our multi-story properties now appear to improve as more companies are returning to work.”
