Brilliant’s award-winning system delivers both power and data through a single CAT5/6 cable, ensuring stable bandwidth and consistent performance in high-density or high-traffic network environments. Installation is streamlined, as device installation does not require a licensed electrician, reducing overall deployment time and cost. Unlike traditional switches that have to be installed in gang box locations, Brilliant’s PoE unit supports flexible mounting at optimal eye level or other preferred positions to improve usability.

For builders, PoE simplifies construction and protects margins. Fewer line voltage devices in walls mean fewer trade conflicts, faster rough in, and far less rework when plans change. Ethernet can be pulled early, adjusted easily, placed at optimal locations, and standardized across homes.
