Bond Vet, the leading provider of modern, accessible veterinary care, proudly announces the launch of a new partnership with Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC) under their Bond to the Rescue program, a philanthropic program providing care to shelter and rescue pets, and supporting adopters in their veterinary care journey. The partnership is designed to support pet adoption across New York City by providing meaningful financial support to families welcoming a newly adopted pet into their home.

Bond to The Rescue Day
Through the Bond to the Rescue partnership, ACC provides a $1,000 stipend into a Bond Vet account for selected adoptable pets with post-adoption treatment needs, helping cover essential veterinary care and ensuring adopters can confidently begin their journey with the right medical support in place.
“Supporting pets and the people who love them is at the heart of everything we do,” said Dr. Renee McDougall, Chief Medical Officer at Bond Vet. “Partnering with ACC allows us to extend that mission beyond our clinic walls — helping remove financial barriers to adoption and ensuring newly adopted pets receive the high-quality veterinary care they deserve from day one.”
“At ACC, we know that access to veterinary care can be one of the biggest concerns for families considering adoption, especially when a pet arrives with ongoing medical needs,” said Dr. Robin Brennen, Senior Vice President, Animal Health & Welfare at ACC. “Bond Vet’s support through Bond to the Rescue helps remove that uncertainty, giving adopters the confidence to open their homes while ensuring animals continue receiving the care they need. Partnerships like this expand lifesaving opportunities and help more New Yorkers experience the incredible rewards of adopting a pet.”
NACC plays a critical role in caring for thousands of animals each year, providing shelter, medical treatment, and adoption services across the five boroughs. The Bond to the Rescue partnership reinforces a shared commitment to animal welfare and expanding access to care.
As the partnership continues, additional adoptable pets will be featured through Bond Vet and ACC channels, encouraging the community to consider adoption and providing tangible support to those who do.
