University of Phoenix to Host Webinar on Amplifying Employee Voice Through Strategic Listening

Webinar to equip leaders with practical strategies to elevate employee voice and drive meaningful change

University of Phoenix will host the next installment of its Bridging Perspectives webinar series, “Amplifying Worker Voice: Building a Strategic Listening Framework,” on Thursday, May 15, at noon MDT. The series is presented by the Office of Collaborative Learning and Educational Engagement and is designed for higher education leaders, employers, nonprofit organizations and University of Phoenix faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

“When organizations truly listen to their employees, they unlock the potential for innovation, trust, and lasting impact,” shares University of Phoenix Director of Engagement Strategy & Program Development, Tondra Richardson, MBA. “This webinar is about more than feedback; it’s about building a culture where every voice matters and drives meaningful change.”

The session will feature Laura Roberts, senior director of employer mobilization at Jobs for the Future (JFF). Roberts will guide attendees through the Four Pillars of Worker Voice: feedback mechanisms, psychological safety, action, and transparency. The discussion will also offer practical insights for designing responsive workplace cultures and empowering employees to share insights, drive decision-making, and foster engagement.

The event will be hosted by Richardson and Saray Lopez, MBA, Director, Strategic Initiatives. The Bridging Perspectives webinar series aims to foster cultural awareness, thought leadership, and community alliances.
