Horizon Bank is pleased to announce the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB) has approved major Affordable Housing Program assistance to the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation (GNDC) Escuela Nueva project in the amount of $2,000,000. Horizon Bank sponsors the grant application for this project, local to the Austin market.

Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation is one of the annual recipients of the FHLB’s Affordable Housing Program grants for 2024, a program supporting development and housing availability to households at or below 80 percent of area median income.
