National home remodeler strengthens its leadership community with two key employee promotions

Dave Dambreville, Principal Counsel
Dambreville started his career at Power in 2021 as Senior Legal Counsel, where he played a pivotal role in reshaping the legal landscape within the organization. During his tenure, Dambreville has expanded Power’s legal department, aided in intellectual property and asset protection, initiated an annual legal internship program with Temple University, and diversified the company’s outside counsel bench to better align with Power’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
His dedication to developing people within the Legal department into high-performing, collaborative, and service-driven leaders has also been a major hallmark of his tenure and a product of his promotion to Principal Counsel.
As Power’s Principal Counsel, Dambreville will continue to oversee the company’s legal affairs, ensure compliance across the business, serve as a trusted advisor to Power’s executive team and senior leadership, and further expand the organization’s Legal division.
Dave Genet, Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance
Genet has been with Power for nearly five years, most recently serving as the company’s Vice President of Corporate Finance. During his time as VP, Genet was laser focused on changing the culture of the department, shifting both the skillset and mindset of the team from being scorekeepers to active and involved business partners.
With this vision, he created both qualitative and quantitive impact including, changing foundational accounting methods which increased efficiencies and accuracy, expanding the Corporate Finance division by 25%, improving organizational structure, and increasing overall productivity of the division nearly two-fold.
As Senior Vice President, Genet now has the responsibility of overseeing all Corporate Finance divisional teams including Controllership, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Tax and Payroll. As he takes on this new role, he’s most looking forward to making even more of a substantial impact on the business through mentoring his team both personally and professionally, while being a catalyst in driving the profitability and long-term financial wellness of the company.
