New this year is a YouTube premiere event that kicks off with a signature cocktail demonstration by Louise Mawhinney, owner of Duck Soup of Sudbury. Then, the award ceremony, hosted by Justin Joseph of Boston University College of Communication, will usher in the night’s honors. Justin will announce winners of the campaign and professional awards, including the new COVID-19 categories and the Platinum Super Bell. Tickets are free and more information, including the link to pre-register, is available here.
The broadcast will cap off a day of celebrations, following the unveiling of the “Single Item” category winners via the @PRClubofNE Twitter channel starting at 11 a.m. ET.
“This has been a challenging year, and we look forward to recognizing your hard work and amazing results,” said Amanda Fountain, PR Club president, and director of social media at March Communications. “Whether you are watching remotely from your home, or gathering in the office for a socially distant viewing, the PR Club hopes to make it easy to toast your accomplishments. Congratulations to our finalists and to the resilience and determination of the entire PR community.”
As part of its annual Bell Ringers celebration and in honor of our host, Justin Joseph, the PR Club will donate $1,000 to Justin’s selected nonprofit organization, Kataluma. This organization welcomes refugee guests in a safe, gracious home with hosts and a supportive community, and mobilizes and equips local residents to welcome new arrivals. The PR Club encourages all of its members and Bell Ringer Award winners to contribute to this organization, or another worthy cause.
PR Club also thanks its 2021 Bell Ringer Awards sponsors, Talkwalker and Business Wire, for their contributions to this year’s awards ceremony, as well as World Trophies, Charles River Media Group, Lunchpail Productions, Pretty Instant, Meltwater, Boston University College of Communication, D.S. Simon Media, and JTC Printing for their continued ongoing support of the PR Club.
