UNIONDALE, NY / ACCESS Newswire / March 6, 2026 / Marquis Who's Who honors Shannon Carver as a Top Professional, acknowledging his unique expertise in business and management consulting. With nearly two decades of experience in his profession, Mr. Carver helps leaders build their legacies. As the founder and president of Lean Leaders Plus, he works to make a positive impact across various industries.

Early Education and Career in Engineering
Before beginning his professional career, Mr. Carver completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University of Science and Technology in 1997. Later, he earned a Master of Business Administration, with a focus on marketing, from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 2010.
Following his 1997 graduation, Mr. Carver joined Danfoss Power Solutions as a design engineer. While at the company, he worked to become a Six Sigma Black Belt. He achieved this in 2001 and was promoted to Six Sigma Master Black Belt in 2003. By 2005, his success in this space and in his career led him to become a quality and continuous improvement manager at Danfoss Power Solutions.
By the time he left Danfoss Power Solutions, Mr. Carver had become certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality. He leveraged this expertise to become a lead consultant at PDG Consultants Inc. in 2008, a role he held for the next eight years. By 2010, he also took up the roles of managing director, executive coach, consultant and change leader at PDG Consultants (dba Lean Partners).
Building Lean Leaders Plus
In 2016, Mr. Carver left his positions at PDG Consultants and founded Lean Leaders Plus. Today, as the president of the consulting firm, he focuses on coaching clients, managing sales and marketing, and executing strategic plans. As Mr. Carver spread his company's name, clients consistently shared how much they learned from his coaching methods.
At Lean Leaders Plus, one of Mr. Carver's most significant achievements was the transformation of a plant in Mexico. Within a year and a half, Mr. Carver helped the plant double its production with a passionate and effective leadership team. Believing that 10 lives are changed for every leader he influences, Mr. Carver remains dedicated to guiding similar positive changes wherever he goes.
Civic and Membership Involvement
In addition to his professional contributions, Mr. Carver is actively involved in several civic and membership organizations. He has been a member of ASA North Texas since 2013 and served as a loaned executive for United Way USA in 2004. Additionally, Mr. Carver frequently volunteers at food drives and acts as a connection leader and men's group facilitator at his local church.
Vision for the Future
Moving forward, Mr. Carver recognizes the need to develop and improve leadership skills more than ever. Following COVID-19 and the next generation entering the workplace, there is no room for ineffective leaders. To this end, Mr. Carver plans to grow Lean Leaders Plus to maximize impact. Ultimately, he hopes to influence more people to drive positive change not only in business but in their day-to-day lives.
