Correcting the date for filing the Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2023
OSCEOLA, AR / September 7, 2023 / Envirotech Vehicles, Inc. (NASDAQ:EVTV), ("EVTV" or "the Company"), announced today that it has received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC ("Nasdaq") stating that it has accepted the Company's request for an additional extension to file its delinquent annual and quarterly filings.
According to the plan that EVTV has provided to Nasdaq, the Company expects to file its Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2022 by September 22, 2023, and to file the Forms 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2023 and the period ended June 30, 2023 by October 16, 2023 upon completion of the audit currently being conducted by the Company's independent registered public accounting firm.
The Company would thereafter expect to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
