On March 12, 2009, Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. accepted the resignation of director
Donald Ruff for health reasons. In addition, director Richard J. Miller notified the company of
his intention to resign upon completion of his three-year term effective on the date of the
companys 2009 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Miller is the former Chief Financial Officer of
the company who left the company in April 2008. Mr. Miller is currently employed with an
unaffiliated financial institution.
