On October 20, 2008, Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the
appointment of Lance N. Krajacic, Jr., the Company’s Chief Operating Office and Chief Credit
Officer, to the boards of Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary bank, Bank of
Birmingham. Prior to joining the Company in 2006, Mr. Krajacic served as Senior Vice President and
head of the Business Financial Services Group for TCF Bank in Michigan, since 1995. Prior to
joining TCF Bank, he spent four years at Great Lakes Bancorp, where he headed the commercial loan
division, and nine years at Michigan National Bank.
