(b) On July 23, 2008, Jennifer Chmieleski, Vice President and Controller of Psychemedics
Corporation (the “Corporation”), resigned as an officer and employee of the Corporation in order to
accept a position with a company located nearer to her home. Her resignation is to take effect on
August 15, 2008.
