On July 17, 2007, Cardtronics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has
priced its private offering of an aggregate of $100.0 million principal amount of 91/4% senior
subordinated notes due 2013—Series B. A copy of the press release has been attached hereto as
