     On January 12, 2010, Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (“Navios”) announced the appointment of Stratos Desypris as Navios’ Chief Financial Officer. Navios’ former Chief Financial Officer, Michael McClure, will now serve as Executive Vice President - Corporate Affairs.
