Mylan Inc. (MYL) issued a press release dated November 14, 2007, announcing that it has priced its public offerings of 53.5 million shares of common stock at $14.00 per share and 1.86 million shares of 6.50% mandatory convertible preferred stock at $1,000 per share. See Exhibit 99.1
