AU Optronics Corp. Reports January 2014 Consolidated Revenue

AU Optronics Corp. ("AUO" or the "Company") (TAIEX: 2409; NYSE: AUO) today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$31,604 million for January 2014, down by 5.3% month-over-month and up by 10.5% year-over-year.
Shipments of large-sized panels(a) for LCD TV, desktop monitor, notebook PC, and other applications totaled 9.78 million units in January 2014, down by 5.4% month-over-month. As for small-and-medium-sized panels, the shipments decreased by 5.5% month-over-month to around 12.09 million units.
