Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 4, 2006, based on projected borrowing requirements for general operating needs, Flexsteel Industries, Inc. entered into an Amendment to Credit Agreement with its lead bank increasing the long-term portion of its credit facility, which expires September 30, 2007, to $20.0 million from $13.0 million. The other terms of the credit facility remained substantially unchanged. |
