(d)           On December 17, 2007, Taubman Centers, Inc. announced that Ronald W. Tysoe has joined the company’s Board of Directors. He will serve as an independent member of the company’s board to fill the existing vacancy in the class of directors whose term will expire in 2010. It is anticipated that Mr. Tysoe will stand for election at the 2008 annual meeting.
