The annual meeting of shareholders of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 22, 2014. As of the Record Date of March 28, 2014, there were 21,238,641 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
