On May 1, 2008, Giga-tronics Incorporated announced that it will release its fourth quarter fiscal year 2008 earnings and hold a conference call to discuss the results, both on May 13, 2008.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
