2018 Colleague Group Ownership Share award
As described in the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts all eligible colleagues in the Group will receive an award of Shares valued at £200, which they will be required to hold for at least three years. 
 
In this respect, the Group announces that on 10 May 2018 the following PDMRs each received an award of 300 Shares (for nil consideration).
