ITEM 5.02:    APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICER

On January 25, 2005, the Registrant announced during its Second Quarter 2005 Earnings conference call that S. Mark Monticelli has joined CACI as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Monticelli, 44, comes to CACI from Veridian Corporation, where he was Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer since September 2000. Prior to Veridian, Mr. Monticelli was employed by KPMG LLP for seventeen years, most recently as Senior Manager.
