On July 18, 2015, Ronald Woestemeyer informed PROS Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") that he will retire from his position as Executive Vice President, Strategic Business Planning of the Company effective as of July 31, 2015. Mr. Woestemeyer will remain a member of the Board of Directors following his retirement.
