Other Events.

On December 3, 2014, CorMedix issued a press release announcing approval of a label expansion in Germany for its lead product Neutrolin®.

On December 4, 2014, CorMedix issued a press release announcing it has filed a request with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for designation of its lead product candidate, Neutrolin®, as a Qualified Infectious Disease Product.

A copy of each press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.
