Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 17, 2011, Ferro Corporation issued a press release announcing it would conduct a conference call on Thursday, October 27, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2011. During the call, the Company will also update its outlook for the Company's financial performance in 2011.
