New CFO takes office
TIM Participações S.A. (“Company”) (BM&FBOVESPA: TIMP3; NYSE: TSU), which retains direct control of TIM Celular S.A. and Intelig Telecomunicações Ltda., providing nationwide telecommunication services, announces that:
Following the Material Fact published on September 2nd, 2016, when Mr. Adrian Calaza was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TIM Participações, the Company now announces that, after obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities, Mr. Calaza took office today.
Mr. Calaza holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Belgrano and a MBA from the University of CEMA, both in Argentina. His former occupation was as Telecom Argentina’s CFO, from 2009 to 2016.
