Gafisa S.A. (“the Company”) hereby publicly informs to its shareholders, to the market in general and to other interested parties that, due to the fact that the minimum legal quorum required for the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting convened for May 18, 2010 to be held in first call, was not reached, such meeting will be held in second call on May 27th, 2010, at 9:30 a.m., pursuant to the call notice which was made public today.
