 Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 11, 2015, Glenn J. Rufrano resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with accepting the position of CEO at another public company and preparing to assume the additional responsibilities related to that role.  Mr. Rufrano’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
