Subject Company: Mellanox Technologies, Ltd.

Commission File No. of Subject Company: 001-33299

March 11, 2019

Dear Valued Mellanox Supplier,

Today we announced that we have signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by NVIDIA. The joint board and management team firmly believe that this will signify an extremely positive development for our suppliers.

We are excited to join forces with NVIDIA, which we believe will make us an even stronger partner. The future of computing will benefit from holistic innovation across the entire technology stack, from compute to networking to storage. Combining our two companies is a natural extension of our existing partnership and a great fit given our common performance-driven cultures. Together with NVIDIA and with you, our suppliers, we will be able to deliver the world’s best connectivity and processing solutions to customers worldwide.

This transaction is currently expected to close by the end of calendar year 2019, and until then, NVIDIA and Mellanox will remain completely distinct, separate and autonomous in dealing with our suppliers. We intend to support all existing products and commitments from each company. In addition, to ensure supply continuity, existing manufacturing and supply agreements will remain unchanged for current products.

In the coming months, we will plan how to deepen the operational integration of our business. We know that clear communications are a cornerstone to our relationship with you. As we advance through this progress in the months ahead, we’ll continue to keep you updated and informed. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to me for more information. We appreciate our partnership and look forward to a strong and productive relationship in the future.

Sincerely yours,

Eyal Waldman

President and CEO

Mellanox Technologies
