On August 13, 2015, Jan L. Schott notified Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) of her intention to resign from the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Schott will remain with the Company through early September to assist the Company during the initial transition phase. Ms. Schott’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

On August 19, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing the resignation of Ms. Schott from the Company. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
