Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 10, 2014, InvenSense Inc. and STMicroelectronics announced that the companies have settled all pending proceedings and entered into a patent cross license agreement. Under terms of the settlement, neither party has made any admission of liability with respect to such proceedings. A copy of the parties’ joint press release regarding the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
