McCullough, President and Chief Executive Officer of Career Education Corporation (the “Registrant”), participated in a forum on for-profit education hosted by Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) and held at the Dirksen Federal Building, 219 South Dearborn Street in Chicago, Illinois.
