On July 30, 2010, Cott Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing receipt of early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for the Company’s proposed acquisition of Cliffstar Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
