On May 30, 2008, Mr. Lee, Won-Gul, President & CEO and Standing Director of Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”), resigned from his position for personal reasons. Pursuant to KEPCO’s articles of incorporation, Mr. Moon, Ho, the Executive Vice President and Standing Director of KEPCO, will serve as the interim President & CEO.
