On January 11, 2008 Chief Financial Officer Robert Hamilton resigned and the Company appointed Carla Cox, 35, Senior Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting, as interim CFO. Ms. Cox joined the Company in April 2000 as Controller and Director of Financial Reporting and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting in December 2006. Previous to that, Ms. Cox was an audit senior at Ernst & Young LLP from January 1996 until April 2000.
