Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 2, 2007 Alison Tanner, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, left the Company after Ms. Tanner’s employment agreement expired on November 1, 2007.
