Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On November 22, 2004, QuadraMed Corporation announced that Lawrence P. English, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, held an all-company conference call with employees on Friday, November 19, 2004. During the call, Mr. English provided an update on the Company’s progress.
