The Registrant has received the report rendered by its independent investigating counsel, whose appointment was disclosed in the Registrant’s press release, dated January 7, 2004, a copy of which was furnished to the SEC on Form 6K on January 8, 2004, and the Registrant’s board of directors is in the process of responding to that report.
