(1) The securities ("Securities") constitute 22,670,917, or approximately 10.6%, of the ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of Avago Technologies Limited ("Avago") based on the number of Ordinary Shares of the Issuer reported in Amendment No. 5 to Avago's Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 27, 2009. The Securities are held directly by Seletar Investments Pte Ltd, a Singapore company ("Seletar").
(2) The Securities may also be deemed to be beneficially owned by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited ("Temasek Holdings") and Temasek Capital (Private) Limited ("Temasek Capital") because (i) Seletar is directly and wholly owned by Temasek Capital and (ii) Temasek Capital is directly and wholly owned by Temasek Holdings. Each of the reporting persons disclaim beneficial ownership of the Securities, except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein. Temasek Holdings and Temasek Capital are Singapore companies.
(3) Seletar, Bali Investments S.?.r.l., certain affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., certain affiliates of Silver Lake Partners, and Geyser Investment Pte. Ltd. are parties to a shareholders agreement with respect to the Ordinary Shares, and solely as a result of which each such person may be deemed to be a member of a group with respect to the Ordinary Shares of Avago held directly or indirectly by such persons. However, each such person disclaims membership in any such group and disclaims beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares, except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.
