Endy, Jr. Living Trust 324,329; Daren Chang Endy Irrevocable Trust 6,000 shares; Nevin Chao Endy Irrevocable Trust 6,000 shares; Celine Endy Irrevocable Trust 6,000 shares; and Hsiao Chin Endy (Spouse) 6,000 shares.
