The purpose of this Current Report on Form 8-K/A is to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K of Sussex Bancorp (the “Company”), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 29, 2014 (the “Original Filing”), to correct the exhibit reference in Item 8.01 and to furnish Exhibit 99.3, which was inadvertently omitted from the Original Report. No changes were made to Items 2.02 and 7.01.
The Company also announced the declaration of a regular cash dividend of $0.03 per share, which is payable on May 27, 2014 to common shareholders of record on May 13, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.3 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
