On July 26, 2011, Rockwell Medical Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its acquisition of an Abbreviated New Drug Application for injectable, active Vitamin-D (Calcitriol) for End Stage Renal Disease patients undergoing hemodialysis. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
